- The Bucks County Blues Society's annual R&B Picnic runs 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at Snipes Farm, 890 W. Bridge St., Morrisville. The lineup includes The Larry McCray Band, Roxy Perry, Jr. Cline and the Recliners, J.W. Jones Band, Curley Taylor & Zydeco Trouble, Porkroll Project and more. Advance tickets are $26, $40 at the gate (if available), $20 for children 3-13. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older. - Enjoy a piece of the islands on the grounds of the Mount Hope Estate and Winery, Route 72 (2775 Lebanon Road), Cornwall Township. Flip-flops, shades and wild tropical island shirts are encouraged from 5 to 10 p.m. Saturday for the sounds of trop rock groups at the Easter Seals Summer in Paradise 2010 Concert. Admission is $35, $100 for VIP tickets, which include access to a dinner buffet with unlimited wine, beer and beverages and premium concert seating. A "Pack Your Beach Bag for 2" ticket access to the buffet, premium concert seating and a one-night stay in a nearby hotel with brunch for $315. Competitive spirit
The 14th annual Lehigh Valley SportsFest, for amateur athletes in 50 different sports, runs today through Sunday evening at various locations in Allentown. New features are a health and fitness expo at Cedar Beach, and two new events — a 5K run at 9 a.m. Sunday on the Little Lehigh Parkway and women's flag football in Union Terrace Park. The Blueberry Festival at Burnside Plantation is held 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at 1461 Schoenersville Road, Bethlehem.
